Edible Films & Casings
Our edible films are entirely plant-based, biodegradable, and can be customized with a variety of flavours, nutrients, and functional ingredients. Our technical team works closely with customers to develop custom edible films with ideal water solubility and physical properties that suit the intended application. Our NUTRAFILM® and NUTRACASING® products are comprised of natural polysaccharides, proven to be a superior alternative to conventional animal-based products serving the Kosher, Halal and vegetarian markets.
